Blurbpoint Participate in InfoStretch Cricket League (ICL) – 2013

After receiving a mind-boggling response from the last year, this year also the Infoneers have organized the corporate cricket tournament,  InfoStretch Cricket League (ICL) II – 2013, which is being played at C.N.Vidyalaya Cricket Ground, Ambawadi , Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad-6. This cricket league has been scheduled from 19th Jan to 24th Feb 2013. This is truly a great opportunity for various local IT Companies to showcase their talents and compete for the eminence.

There are total 16 teams, taking part in this series and going to play 31 matches. The teams are divided into four groups containing four teams in each group. Each team is going to play three matches among which top two teams will be qualified for quarterfinal round.

Four top teams will be qualified for the semifinals, followed by final match. The rules for this  cricket league are the same as a  standard one day international cricket match except the leg before wicket and leg byes. The matches are scheduled 7 am, 9.30 am and 12 pm respectively. There are 16 overs per inning. For semifinal match, there will be 20 overs per inning and for the final match there will be 25 overs  per inning.

The awards will be given to various participants including Winners, Runner Up,   Man of the Tournament and Man of the Matches.
